The staff is super supportive and friendly. Professional service, prompt and reasonable price. Actually it's not their trading day, but it shows open on Google .. Anyway they still provide excellent service. And they knows what customers concerned about, less speech but more action. It become my first choice even will take 1 hr tram be there.

Great service! Very professional prompt. When I called for updates, they were very patient and detailed explaining what were happening. They even cleaned the screen and the keyboard of my laptop. Really deserves half an hour tram to send my laptop to this place!

I took my laptop in to Laptop Kings because my headphone jack was stuck in the outlet. Frank was a champion and managed to get it out on the SPOT, free of charge. You don't find service like that many places anymore. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
