One of the best LanZhou Ramen/Noodle I ever have, definitely the best in Melbourne. Even when I was back in China(we talking about 20years ago lol), you hardly find noodle as good as this. Those hand made noodle is cool to the perfect texture, not too soft and not too hard, the soup base is just amazing, maybe this is a very small amount of MSG, but it's really really good. I sure they have use a lot of beef bone to make the soup, you have to try it if you around Caulfield area, be careful they always pack, but it's ok, the turn around are really fast too, so you shouldn't need to wait too long, enjoy it and let m know how you guys like it.

Got the vegetarian noodle bowel with chili take away. Only 2 leaves on bok choy and a sprinkle of spring onion for veggies in a half filled small take away container. Not really worth $11.50.

Tasty and authentic broth, well hand-pulled noodles, nice beef, fresh scallion, proper amount of chili oil makes the dish a bowl of fabulous tastes. However the radish does not taste very well, and the chili oil is to HOT and SPICY! After all, it has the best Lanzhou Beef Noodle I can find in Australia.

Humble little restaurant with probably the most authentic Lanzhou Noodles from Northern China. If there are better, I'd like to know! Enjoy your hand pulled noodles with different thickness and texture from very fine strong to thick and flat. Accompany your noodles with various side salad dishes and don't miss out on the tea boiled eggs. Oh how I wish there were more places like this serving and specialising in traditional regional chinese cuisines. Well done!
