Closed but not over yet!
Another example of councils catering to the interests of caravan parks and not thinking about community interests -campers and the scout movement misses out.

We've boundless plains to share? Oh really?
Fight for a less regulated Australia 
All I need is some dust to park my motorhome on. 
Councils do not exist for the masses -they live for themselves.  Caravan parks want to use councils to make people stay there. Not me.
