Located only 300m from the centre of town is the Beerwah Sports and Showgrounds. The camping area is set to toward the rear of the grounds

Story

This is a great site, especially for large vans and motor homes. Sites are $20 per night for two people which includes power, toilets and showers are also provided.

For people with kids, there is a small playground, the public swimming pool and skate park are right next door as well as the sports field to kick a footy / play cricket / run around.

It is a short walk to town (about 5 minutes), with Aldi Supermarket even closer.
Don't forget to check out the rest of the site for things to do and a whole heap more about the local area.
We also provide gas bottle refills 9kg $20 and 5kg $15
Washing machine facility available at request.

This sports ground rivals larger towns and small cities in terms of facilities. It is also home to the local RSL, Rotary, and Lions Club facilities, amongst others. There is a campground at the sport centre. However, due to a lack of a caretaker it is currently closed.
Great event organised by the Black Dog Ride volunteers and a good turnout. Only thing there was limited seating to eat brekkie at as quite a few hadn't been cleaned of bird/bat droppings. Enjoyed the day and thanks to the volunteers who made it possible.
Brilliant spot to stop over when passing through Beerwah. We had a day trip to Australia Zoo planned, and found this great value camping option within a 10-min drive via Wiki Camps... EXCELLENT value at $20 per night including power, water & access to the amenities for hot showers etc. Grounds were beautiful and a pleasure to stroll around. Dog friendly keep your pooches on their leashes Managers were friendly & helpful - would definitely stay here again.
Great spot to stay. All amenities clean and tidy. $20 a night includes power, can't beat that.nCaretaker Karrin is great, walked us down and gave us a choice of sites. Plenty of lovely spots with grass, great local knowledge is a plus. Had an awesome stay, definitely will go back.
Friendly staff, great rates, flat ground for big rigs, stay for 72 hours. Win Win
