It does feel harsh to review this hair dressing salon just on one particular Hair Dresser, however I have to be honest. 8 months ago I had my roots re-done, I have medium length hair and usually have 1/2 head of foils. This particular time the hair dresser left my dye/bleach in my hair for too long as she was attending another client (or out the back), once rinsed, cut and dried she (had to of known) and never said a thing. The whole top layer (especially the crown-back) had snapped off to less then 5cm long, extremely noticable. And I was rocking a very awkward mullet style. I left not being informed of the snapped off hair and discovered myself the next morning.

I gave the studio the benefit of the doubt and returned 6-7 weeks later for my roots to be re-done again and mentioned it to a different hair dresser and nothing was done. I am aware that hair cannot be re-glued back on, but I did presume I would receive some sort of sorry, and perhaps even a discount. When I left this time, I never returned.
