I have always had a great experience at hidden minx… but tonight both Brianna and Tansie provided the most amazing customer service and made me feel so welcome and cared for. I am SO happy with my hair thanks to both of these beautiful girls. I have a lot of hair and both ladies absolutely nailed the styling and colour. Tansie’s blow wave was next level - I’ve never had someone provide such a lovely experience when blow drying my hair. Brianna is amazing at colouring - she knows what your hair needs and creates magic! Thanks so much girls. You’ve made me feel a million times better after what has been a stressful few weeks thanks to your lovely, kind selves and your amazing customer service xx

I always look forward to my appointments. Everyone is so friendly and the salon has a great vibe. But, much more importantly, Alex is an amazing hair dresser! My hair is looking great, and since she's been my hair dresser nearly a year now, my hair is much healthier too.Service:&nbsp;Hair highlighting

I feel very dismissed everytime I go in there to speak to someone. My appointment keeps getting rescheduled after a couple of months of waiting. Absolutely appauling customer service. I'm very ready to just cancel my appointment and take my $500 elsewhere.
