Went to laminex to colour match some old doors and drawer fronts from a kitchen. The lady was so very lovely, welcoming, helpful and honest. Couldn't have been a better experience, and to that lady at the front counter of the showroom, your a diamond thanks so much.
Really good show room, and warm friendly assistance with plenty of experience. They also have lots of samples including large sizes which you can take away to better work out your selection
Shame they dont have a display to rival the stone industry. Big disappointment, service was very good with limited sample size, waste of time going their.
Shocking customer service from start to finish. How they have any sort of customer base astounds me. Clearly only looking after big customers.nQuote prices which changed and increased by next call to pay for them. Hidden fees for collecting any order large or small which you are not advised of. Sales team couldn't even calculate GST and surcharge costs without getting frustrated and basically shouting that she could only say the price on the screen.nnTrain your staff on product and service and basic phone etiquette. Basic maths could be of use as well.
