Most cluttered and disorganized store I have ever been in, poor range of alcohol and no prices listed. old lady in the store abused a poor young girl for asking a price on a bottle of wine. Poor girl had an anxiety attack and left the store crying. Terrible store with staff to match. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! there needs to be a zero star option.

We arrived at 9:40, 20 minutes before closing, and the roller door was shut. Knocked on the window and politely asked why they were shut and the lady yelled at us that we wouldn’t be served “after we did that”. Not sure what “that” was - maybe asking them to open the door? Don’t give them your business.

As I first walked into this bottle shop I felt sorry for the owner as the shop was falling apart, cluttered, dark and messy. I went to the counter to ask how much a 6-pack of beer was (as no stock had prices on them) and noticed she was getting very upset and angry with the customers in front of me. I remained positive and sensitive as I could see maybe she wasn't having the best day. My 2 minute interaction with her had her yelling at me, demanding my credit card and then telling me to leave.... Avoid this place as you will: Get ripped off (no prices, she makes it up) Abused Waste your time

Wow. What a shocker. Disorganised, dirty, no prices listed, fridges warm. Wanted $9 for one can of Pale Ale. Woeful example of Perth service at its worst.

We lifted a carton of beer from the display and the woman shouted at us telling us we aren’t allowed to touch before pay??? We asked her how we were supposed to get the beer to the counter so she could scan, she said she couldnt do it herself because it was under a few cartons that where different beer??? We put the beer down and walked out. Disgusting service.
