These guys chuck hot slabs on top of cold slabs in the cool room. Don't rotate stock. When I brought this up at the counter they didn't even deny it. Just said 'Do you know how heavy they are?' Not good work practice. Not good for customers.
Our favourite local liquor store, and always a pleasure to visit. The staff are super polite, helpful, friendly and professional, always going above and beyond. Big thanks to Finlay today for being a joy, recommending the Ratu signature blend rum liqueur - a MUST buy if you love spiced rum and/or liqueurs, or delicious drinks in general. Easy shopping, great experience all round, 10/10 would drink with these legends any day.
Security staff are over the top and hyper vigilant. Making it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Would not accept a European drivers license but could order click and collect outside, makes zero sense. Prob would not return.
3 times I have had orders cancelled due to no stock and all 3 times was told I would get a refund via email with a credit code. Never happened. Contacted DM multiple times to resolve. Never resolved.
