Had a good time. Staff were very efficient esp Connar who served us. He always checked on our table and made sure everything was going fine. We even had the pleasure of meeting the management which was nice.

Incredible! i don't see service like this very often anymore. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted with a smile, the staff were quick  and attentive and they honestly looked like they genuinely enjoyed working. 
The restaurant was very busy but the food came out in a good time and was absolutely delicious. 

I especially want to thank the manager. I am a vegan who is also gluten Intolerant so my dietary requirements can be a bit of a pain even more so when it's busy. Matt (the manager) took the time to understand what i was asking for and followed through to make sure everything was made correctly and that i enjoyed the food. to top it off i didn't feel like a burden at all. 

We won't be going anywhere else.

Received a calamari dish with vegetables that had a off smell.. when told of the fact the manager replied that they receive veggies three times a week and he had calamari at lunch and everything was fine. He was saying that he cannot accept or understand that we were complaining about the food. Would have been happy to offer everyone in the restaurant a taste to confirm the soddy quality of the dish. They took the dish away and said they will not charge us, but honestly we only could manage to eat a few pieces so should not pay anyway. Disgusted with not only the food but the attitude of the management.

A unique experience.  Champagne in a glass with ice and a straw. Waited 20 min to order another 40 min for food and then told 15min to eat it

Came down from Melbourne for a bucks night. Stumbled upon La Porchetta Geelong on our journey and we are so glad we did. Not only did they let a group of 12 loud annoying men in they went the extra mile to make sure the bucks night went well while we were there. Service was great.
