Prime cuts of meat from Coonawarra are be cooked on the traditional ‘parilla’ (barbeque) creating a culinary spectacle for meat lovers.
The menu will also celebrate the wonderful seafood we have here in South Australia, as well as catering for all tastes, including vegetarian diners.
