Had an amazing experience thanks to Clinton and Jordan! Clinton was incredibly kind and polite — he helped us view the car, go for a test drive, and guided us through the purchase with ease. Jordan was just as fantastic, getting the financing sorted on the same day — I’ve never seen things move so fast!!nnBoth were super helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. After wanting the new Toyota Prado GXL, a few other dealerships didn’t stick out until we walked into Kyneton Toyota. Instantly we were helped and got along with the team. After being told it was 9-12 months wait, we walked into Kyneton and had our car within 4 weeks. Rakesh helped us immensely and even looked after us with the price which was helpful and stuck out to us that we were well looked after, we are so happy with the new car and my husband and I have even discussed that we will be with Kyneton Toyota forever for all of our future vehicles. Very happy with our new Corolla. It's super fuel efficient and has plenty of power with the power mode. We had to take the train to Kyneton to pick up the car and Rachel offered to pick us up from the train station. Would be happy to purchase our next Toyota from them.
The team is helpful & accommodating, they managed to fit us in over the Christmas period which we appreciated.nnHowever, we took our Toyota RAV4 in as it had overheated. We paid for the diagnostic service only to be told our car was fine and no issue was found. When we picked up our car outside of hours we managed to make it 5km down the Calder before it overheated again, leaving us stranded in 36 degree heat.nnWe took our car to another mechanic & they quickly found that our radiator needed replacing, since then we've had no issues.
Team was awesome, super friendly and helpful, made the process of getting into a new rig smooth and easy! Would definitely buy from these guys again! Thanks all
