Purchased a new Polaris from Ted late 2015 brand new, our young son/daughter have used past couple years, been very well looked after, well serviced at franchise dealer, and this weekend running round the farm, it packed up & started blowing smoke, long story short, spoke with ted & asked for assistance, & the response was bad luck mate, been quoted over $5k for an engine, which is rediculous, new bike is $2999. Would you expect buying a new bike it would last more than 2 years!!!!!!!! Teds attitude is disgusting & our son is devastated that his quad is now stuffed in such a short time! Thanks guys for being such a reputable honest company to deal with!! I would seriously recomend to keep away form these guys!
