Ashirvad nz atta, they are charging $36.99 20 kg and same dh papatoetoe selling $29.99, and a lot of other items much higher price in kwality as compare to others so becareful before buy here anything.
Store to purchase Indian products like spices, masala powders and other foods. Has enough stock of items but the quality is not that better.
Customer service needs improvement, you can't just jump in and sell sweets when you are in middle of cleaning, let the other person handle it. Will avoid going there again.
They do have a good variety of everyday items but it would be nice to see a little improvement with customer service and basic things like greeting, smiling and saying thank you to the customers . Remember, these basic gestures help u retain customers.

Best grocery store in South Auckland. Staff is very helpful they help you out for find out groceries.
All the Indian items are available here. Yes, some brands of specific items might not be there, but overall gives a feel of India. From pickle making ingredients to frozen items and fresh vegetables, everything is available here. Some items carry lower price than orher stores which is a great bonus. Milk is cheaper to buy here for example. Also, they keep adding deals on the products, making it more attractive to us. Another benefit is, the items are displayed in boxes and we can buy our own suitable quantity of it. No pressure of purchasing 1kg of something, if we need only 100g. Smartly organized store with deals and variety is one line for it.
Amazing service and they also helped me to cook curry using ingredients from there shop. I can now say I'm a pro at making Indian curry thanks to Manager shweta and lovely girl gurijet for sharing their recipes and knowledge with me a total stranger but can now say we have formed a great friendship just from their wonderful service with a smile and making sure that we are looked after! I am one happy customer who is now a regular and highly recommend their store to everyone!
Yesterday I had an worst experience at Kwality. One of the boys serving us named Jaggi had negative attitude, very rude when we confronted him about this behaviour towards us. Laterally have no common sense to behave. Improve your customer service, change your attitude. Poor customer service. It was worst decision to go there, We won’t be coming back.
Bought some samosas from this store to eat later at home. Turned out to be stale and smelly inside . No quality mini bazzar Would not recommend.
