This place is no frills. They serve up a decent Ramen and I really enjoy the BBQ Lamb Skewers.... Prices are really cheap as well. Worth trying if you're in the area and up for a quick meal. I've given them 2 stars to reflect the inconsistency. Sometimes the food is excellent and other times not so great.
This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. The service was dreadful and incredibly rude. Then the food came... The beef was uneatable with an unimaginably awful taste with the serving size was way too small for the amount they were charging This proved not to be a problem as there was plenty left over The Ramen came out 20 minutes later barely luke warm. After 1 spoonful of the Ramen we stood up, refusing to pay and left. I am shocked and embarrassed to have done this as I have never refused to pay for something in my life however after this whole experience I was left with no choice. Very disappointing to say the least, especially when there are so many great options close by.
The ramen was a combination of Chinese and Japanese cuisine. It was super noisy though - I took my 1 month old baby in and there was banging from the noodle baskets every 5 minutes. Lucky she was a heavy sleeper. I thought that the thick spicy noodles were interesting though.
High quality hand pulled ramen with a great original twist with their recepies and menu, a few really great tofu/vegitarian options with everything comes out as huge serving sizes. All the staff including the chefs were merry and cheerful giving a great atmosphere to what seems a bland restraunt on first inspection.
This is my go-to restaurant for ramen! I frequent this resturant for its quick service, high quality food, and bustling atmosphere. Jasmine tea is provided complementary and serving sizes are quite large. You definitely get quality better than expected with the cheap prices!
Giving one start is an over statement. If there was the option of minus stars we would be all the way into another galaxy. I've been eating gum for the past 20 minutes and still cannot manage to get the fowl taste out of my mouth. I have walked past numerous times and seen it can be quite popular, I have now reached the conclusion that their are more delusional people in the world that I could ever imagine. If i wanted to eat ramen at the standard of Kungfu ramen i could have bought 2minute Maggie noodles and let them soak in cold water. This is the first meal i have ever refused to pay for. The most appauling thing is that the staff were not even shocked that we left. Gracefully we acclaimed the food was terrible and that we refused to pay and from their response it was obvious this was not the first time. Please do not waste your time or money eating here. I'll stick to what i know and stay with my regular restaunt chinese noodle restraunts.
Horrible experience, from start to end. Ordered beef role and Kungfu Ramen, When the lady brought out the beef role she dropped side on the table and asked if its "ok". Then the Kungfu Ramen came out in closer to cold than warm soup. All this happening while one of the chefs was coughing loudly and everyone in the place could clearly hear him hocking up flem and spitting it somewhere. This went on the whole time, i just couldn't get into the food as i was turned off by all the flem flying around and had to get up and walk out. Filthy!!
Served quickly. That is the only one thing i want to mention about this restaurant. I would rather have instant noodle.. I have no idea what the taste is like.. I disappointed on best selling menu which are kungfu ramen and kungpao chi ken.
We go there every now and then. Being vegetarian our option becomes bit narrow when you are in China town. We usually go with Mapo Tofu Noodle or Rice, very nice.
I waited for almost more than half an hour just for a bowl of simple noodles. The staffs are especially rude. They even don't apologize for this bad service!
