Food always hot and tasty, not at all greasy. Awesome staff, always ready to help or just have a chat whilst doing your order. The food is reasonably priced and is definitely value for your money! Definitely recommend. 10/10 for service, quality and cleanliness.

On holiday and decided to stop in at KT’s on the way back from Kaiteriteri. Walked in, noticed new owners - only owned since April I heard. Order was blue warehou x 3, half doz scallops, half doz mussels, beer battered chips. Then off to Janie Seddon to eat… but drama, too windy there. Back tracked a tad to sanctuary ponds opp skate park, underrated reserve in Mot. Opened our package, huge scallops, juicy, chips cooked perfectly, not greasy/soggy, fish…excellent, mussels? Yup, good also. Some of the best fish & chips we have had anywhere. Price? Very reasonable. And yes very friendly owners too. Thanks KT’s Team!
I LOVE their food!! and their super awesome friendly service. Though damn! how many flipping time's do I have to ask for BEETRROOT!!! in my burger - well this is the 5th time and previous times within 6 months there has been FLIPPLING BEETROOT in my burgers with out even having to ask for beetroot!!! not good!. I came in last night 08/02/2022 specifically asking for extra beetroot and got none in my burger literally none!! giving that I am a REGULAR, PLEASE LISTEN AND SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!
Really nice service from a friendly young man. Nice lite crispy batter on the fish. 3 options of fresh fish. Nothing bad to say. A solid fish and chip shop.
Well done KTs! Brilliant product and service today for our group of 17 hungry women. Fish and chips on Kaiteriteri Beach on a clear winter's day, it doesn't get much better!

I hadn't been back to KTs for a long time. The last time it was under different owners and the fish and chips weren't that good. However this time I was blown away at the quality of their fish and chips. Huge fish portions and lovely crispy batter on the fish. This will now be my go to place in Mot for fish and chips. Great shop too... Very clean and bright. Well done to the owners.
While the fish was lovely, I also got a spring roll which was not hot in the middle as it obviously had not been nuked first to defrost it. The shop is lovely and clean with lots of new products and the staff are very friendly.
