Filthy. From inside I could see food all over the floor in the kitchen, and there wasn't a single clean table to sit at. I stood there for 10min before I was served and another 15 min to get my order when drive thru are flowing through much faster than inside customers. We were going to eat in but there was nowhere to sit so had to takeaway.
We got a bucket meal from the drive through around 5pm Friday night and everything was fantastic. There was one other car in drivethrough when we arrived yet we queued, ordered, paid, got our meal and were out of there in less than five minutes total. The drivethrough staff were young, tidy, happy, friendly, polite and efficient 'hot' was the description on her name tag. The food we received was exactly what we ordered, and the chicken and fries were fresh, hot and delicious. Couldn't ask for better service.
Hands down this was the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced at a KFC restaurant! We placed an order at the drive-thru and proceeded to the pick-up window. We realized that we forgot to request that no seasoning be added to our fries, so we tried to get the attention of the customer service agent at the payment/pick-up window but we were completely ignored she looked up and didn't acknowledge us. When she finally came to the window to take our payment, we explained why we were trying to get her attention, she in turn told us that she was busy packing our order and taking other orders and that in future we need to just wait. We pointed out to her that we were waiting patiently, but that we were simply trying to get her attention prior to her packing our meals. She reiterated in a derogatory manner that she was busy and that we needed to just wait. We then asked to speak to the manager. The manager came to the window and was even more rude than her employee! She proceeded to tell us that she was watching our conversation and falsely accused me of having an intimidating look on my face while speaking to her employee. My husband and I were completely shocked. I spoke to her employee respectfully and I did not have an intimidating look on my face. What would be the point of my doing that? I am always extremely careful when dealing with people who are handling my food. I explained the situation to her again and it was obvious from her response that she was not empathetic to what I said and in fact she attempted to justify her employee repeatedly ignoring our attempts to get her attention. My husband and I looked at each other and in a split second decided to take our business elsewhere! We drove off! KFC Motueka, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
I haven't eaten KFC in years , Went through drive thru. I remembered kfc as moist and tender coating thin , ok. Today chicken was just moist, the coating crunchy.. Wich for my taste was my preference. Could do this again. Oh .. I like the cold slaw.
Stood there waiting for 20 mins to be served today at 2.30pm. Staff ignored us. Drive through closed. The Manager was sitting outside in the car park on the floor smoking. Gave up. Went back 2 hours later. Manager still sitting on the car park floor smoking. Waited 10 mins. Didn't get served. Left. Went to Maccers. Truly dreadful service. Avoid
Poor long delay being served. 10 mins walked out. Not even busy. Nobody came to counter to ask for our order. All 3 staff doing the drive service in cars....Avoid.Service: 1/5
OK customer service. Lack in availability of items on the menu, often run out or is a wait on chicken.. and takes foreverrrrr to get through drive through. Need more staff.
The staff members seem nice... but a few not so clued up. Missed our Wicked Wings in both our meals... went to get them the next day. Rung them... they would put in our order, only to get down there and they couldn't find it... because they put it in the person's behind order drive through and tried to charge me for their order after I already paid for ours. And this photo... there are more spoons than there were chicken pieces in our Bucket meal different order. Bad KFC for wasting and normally people would just put these in the land fill. I have tons of spoons that I will be handing back too you!!
Really disappointing all round. We got back home not in Mot to find they forgot the burgers in every burger meal, not sure who looked at each large box with 1 piece of badly cooked chicken & thought that was an appropriate meal. When we rung up to let them know, we were dismissed & the staff member laughed. I understand you might be busy, but it’s not that hard to let people know there’s a slight delay, take some time & complete peoples orders, that’s what we are paying for.
On 9th Sept at midday we ordered a burger and lunch meal. Food was nice but I wasn't happy with the staff member having her mask under her chin while getting our food ready. They were so slow that 2 lunch customers walked out.
