Absolutely amazing family team who go above and beyond and have the cutest little mascot! Kazz went out of her way to fit in my friend and I in for a last minute appointment as we live 6hrs out of town and had a ball to be ready for the next week. Prices are unbeatable and you feel like part of the family. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful family made you feel very special As soon as you walk through the door.  I had a very bad haircut and was disappointed  from another hairdresser So I look on Google and just pick a hairdresser couldn't believe my luck got a appointment straight away and straight away got professional help from one of the lovely lady's from Keistalz who cut and style my hair very happy   thank you can't wait to get my next cut and eyebrows done.

Great studio! A big variety of services is offered by lovely staff in a very comfortable environment. You get amazing service with your satisfaction guaranteed  for a very reasonable price, haven't experienced anything better than here yet! Can highly recommend, love going there and always leave with a big smile!

Booked appointment month in advance for a specific braided updo for my graduation ceremony merged french fishtail. I figured that would give Kristalz Hair Studio enough time to learn it if they were not sure how. On the day of my appointment it was clear that the person doing my hair had no idea of what they were doing. They restarted many times before I had to give up due to time constraints and settle for  a merged dutch braid instead. My hair is thick and long and the braid didn't even hold until I got home. They had a dog running around too - which is not great when I have allergies. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

A family owned & operated business that covers all your beauty needs. Friendly, relaxed staff who, after a few visits, you become a part of their family. Very professional, excellent, skilled staff who will do anything to make your day. Very happy client.

After getting a golden blonde colour put in my hair I ended up with a strawberry blonde/ red hair. When I commented on this I was told I wasn’t seeing it right and it was a lovely blonde and once I washed my hair with purple shampoo it would tone down. Two weeks later it is still red and I have had to go and pay for my hair to be  redone by another hairdresser, which I couldn’t afford but I wasn’t prepared to take the risk and go back.

I was not impressed with the services I received today. I didn't get what I asked for, I actually received worse. I had to go to different places to try and get the issues rectified - which could not happen. I'm embarrassed to be seen with my hair in such a mess. I would not recommend them.

Love going to see kaz and her team of friendly staff. Always feel welcomed like family ....relaxing salon and service is above and beyound ..love my new colour .felt so spoilt and pampered with the excellent attention to detail. Plus the cheese platter and wine..stay a bit longer for a chat...highly recommend this lovely lady ..offers heaps of beauty services to....nothing is too much..kind regards helen
