Most amazing customer service. Recently had a signature solutions facial by Lisa and it was hands down the best facial I have ever had. She explained everything to me, helped me with my skin issues, explained which product would best suit my skin type and was very professional. Definitely recommend anyone to see the beautiful staff at the Castletown store!

I went and had a cleansing facial it was amazing and Jess looked after me I will be back and recommend it to everyone

I recently attended the groovin the moo festival and had my fake tan done at Ella Bache in castletown. I would have to say that the service provided by all the staff, especially Jess, who performed the tan, was of an outstanding level. Not only was the whole process quick and stressless but Jess also provided samples of products free of charge in order to touch up any smudging that may have occurred at home. The next day the tan looked amazing and was exactly the colour I told Jess I was looking for but most importantly it looked very natural. Overall i was extremely happy with both the tan and the service I was provided and will definitely be returning in the future.
