The service was polite and I got the donuts relatively quickly... And in a combo deal I got a coffee and two donuts for a certain price. But the donuts weren't very fresh, and they certainly weren't the best donuts I've ever had, either. And the deal wasn't very good value. It was okay, but not that great. And it took a while to get the coffee, despite the abundance of people working in the store at the time. I did get to hear a couple of them have a long, drawn-out conversation about their gym workouts while my coffee wasn't being made. Overall, I think I'm disappointed most by the donuts. I think maybe it's their recipe and choice of fillings that lets them down.

I've had excellent experiences with Krispy Kreme at Fountain Gate, but this one time I went with my mum, I ordered a dozen of original glazed doughnuts when the red light was operating, indicating fresh doughnuts being prepared... At drive through, we requested them fresh, and we received them cold. And if that's not bad enough, they weren't soft at all when I touched them. They felt like a day old! Very disappointed!

Exhausted after a busy, exhausting and horrid day.. I wanted nothing more than a krispy kreme donut and to head home. Upon entering I noticed a young girl with black hair, she was working ever so hard managing h drive thru post where she completed all her jobs and left her post to come and assist the never ending line instore. I must admit this girl has completely flipped my sh*** mood and enlightened me with her high spirits. She was someone who I could tell knew her job inside and out and assisted in making the krispy Irene experience complete. 5 ***** for this girl, honestly helping the business in all customer service aspects. Love the taste of the coffee, so inconsistent though. Sometimes it's weak, sometimes just warm, but when it's right, it's awesome!
