Mid This was my first DD experience, I had heard a lot of good things and wanted a good experience for myself, too. Alas, it wasn't to be. 1. People who ordered after my and the customers in front of me got their orders first, even though we all ordered roughly the same thing. I think the server may have gotten slightly flustered, and just did any order. But this is just a minor point, the next two are more painful. 2. The coffee was lukewarm. There was an option for 'extra hot', which I did not select, to be fair, but I did want my coffee just regular hot. The taste was great: 5/5 The temperature was luke: 1/5 Overall: 3/5 3. The pie wasn't sealed properly, and it's innards leaked out the bag into the bag. 'EmOtIoNaL dAmAgE'! The taste was great: 5/5 But I lost half the contents: 1/5 Overall: 3/5
The biscoff milkshake here tastes amazing and has the perfect consistency thick & smooth with some chunky bits!!! The donuts here also SLAP!!! So many wonderful flavours to choose from too!! My sweet tooth has been satisfied
On Monday 20th May 2024 I went to Daniel’s Donuts - Springvale and was greeted by Tihi. She’s always friendly, cheerful and well mannered. I asked her to help me pick a six pack of donuts. She selected the most popular ones - New Zealand Fresh Cream & Jam, Biscoff, Ferrero Custard Donut, Blueberry Cheesecake, Cookies and Cream and Black Forest. It was perfect. My family loved them. Highly recommended. Thank you.
The best Donuts in Melbourne and I love there range. But I miss my Pistachio Donut which is currently out of the menu. Waiting it to be back again.Food: 5/5
It’s not like it used to be in 2018. Those time were the original Daniel’s donuts time. When the donuts were fresh. I was happy to wait 1 and half hour on the line for this donuts. Now the quality has gone so down I don’t even feel to stop past. That’s what happens when from family busyness who care about quality becomes a focus on business that cares about turnover. Good old times tho.
Great range of donuts to choose from. Every donut is absolutely delicious. We had their mocha delight. It was delightful. We also had nutella mocha and cap. Very smooth. It’s open 24hrs and lot of parking space available.

Loving the vegan options! Bit silly that they charge you for the alternative milk when you order a vegan drink though. Only happens sometimes but it's still extra money you're paying for on top of what you should already be getting. Hopefully they train their staff better. EDIT: Just to clarify, I don't mind paying a premium for vegan options when it's valid and I think it's awesome that Dan's has so many accessible options including for gluten free. However, I don't believe you should advertise drinks as vegan if you have to pay another surcharge on top to actually make it vegan. E.g. vegan jumbo hot chai/chocolate is $6.20. I will sometimes get charged $6.70 +50c for the alternative milk - in this case, I feel like it is slightly dodgy to not build it into your price. Advertise it as $6.70, not $6.20. Or if the staff shouldn't be adding the surcharge, then additional training may need to be looked at. Just some feedback.
No cakes today, but I still give it a five star because you can find all varieties there. Been a while since I had the donuts, but I always buy a box and a bag as gifts when I visit friends, and they all scream it out when they see the bag. Convenient location as well, lots of parking, friendly and quick service, wish all Daniel’s stores are like this one. Please keep up the good work, we will keep returning.
The best donuts ever! Long queue but moves too fast. Good and fast service. Staff are so patient waiting whilst deciding which donut/s you want to buy due to heaps to chhose from and all looked yummy! Reasonable price. What more, they’re open 24/7. Will definitely go back.
