Very efficient and capable service from the day we decided to upgrade our floor and chose KR Flooring Charlie was a pleasure to deal with and their installers ensured the whole process was done in a timely manner. Everything went off quite smoothly Reliable, dependable and trustworthy in terms of price and keeping to their word. I would use them again should the occasion arise
We are so delighted with our new floor. The layers went to no end of trouble to give us the look we were after, it turned out brilliantly, we would highly recommend these guys a beautiful job done.
We hadn't used KR flooring before but we are so glad we did . The particular vinyl floor we wanted was priced by Carpet Court , Flooring Xtra & KR flooring . Their pricing plus the cost of installing was around 30% less than the competition . Very happy !!!!
I couldn't recommend John and the team at KR Flooring highly enough. They are fantastic at communicating with their clients regarding products that are available, and no question or issue is too much trouble to assist with. If you have a flooring choice to make, I would see KR Flooring BEFORE you see anyone else!

We were very pleased with the service advice provided by KR Flooring. We had visited the showroom and were showna good range of product. The laying of the vinyl was completed to a high professional standard and the advice was honest and our ideas listened to. We were getting one on-suite done but ended up so pleased it became 2 ensuites, a kitchen and laundry. 5 stars and a high recommendation for KR Floring.
K R flooring had an excellent range of industrial flooring for me to select from, were professional on site and communicated well throughout. Resulting job is competent and tenant appreciated the upgrade.

Purchased some vinyl for use in my caravan. Received excellent/ prompt communication and good in store service when picking up goods.
The customer service at K R Flooring was fantastic! We called into the store at around 9am on a Tuesday morning, chose something we liked and left. The installer phoned that afternoon, and made an appointment for 2 hours later, he measured up, and gave us some good advice, said if we chose a wider vynal he could do it without joins, he sent us quotes for 2 widths of vynal that evening. We went back to the store a few days later to select a more appropriate width, they recognized us and knew exactly what we needed without us asking. The vynal was laid the following Monday with a great result. All this was done within a week, absolutely amazing!!
