As an agent selling mostly ex-rental property, home-staging is crucial to assist our mostly out-of-town owners obtain maximum sale prices on their often 'tired' property. I have used Lorraine and her team many times over my years selling real estate.  We have  always had a positive experience. Lorraine is always prompt, honest and her years of experience has always given me the confidence she can do a great job no matter what style of home I'm selling!

It was such a straight forward painless experience dealing with Lorraine, she is very easy to relate too and full of useful tips. The house was staged beautifully drawing positive comments from just about everyone I wish I could post some photos The utmost care was taken with setting up from getting all the furniture in without any damage to making sure all accessories were placed to best advantage. The same degree of care was apparent regarding removal once sold and the house was left in immaculate condition.  I would highly recommend Lorraine from House Dressings.  If you are looking for an inspired result, look no further I was truly delighted.

To be honest, we were skeptical about the value of professionally staging our home, but the feedback from the buyers and subsequent sale - in 10 days - has made us believers. The acid test for any service, is whether or not you would use them again. In that regard we would have no hesitation in having Lorraine and her team stage our house for sale. We also have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine and her team, they do a professional job, take care of all the moving and rearranging, and do a wonderful job in showing prospective buyers how good your home can look. Easy 5 star recommendation.

Lorraine and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with-friendly, responsive, professional. She managed to fit us in during a very busy period, and came around to the house to get a sense of the place. From there she dressed the house perfectly to be in keeping with both the era of the house 1920's bungalow and its modern, energetic urban location. We sold our house under the hammer and got exactly what we wanted. I could not recommend House Dressings highly enough. A huge thank you Lorraine!

Lorraine did a lovely job of staging or dressing our unit prior to sale. We sold almost instantly . Lorraine was very professional and put a lot of thought and imagination into the way she styled the house.

Wow. Lorraine dressed our home and income for sale in Rangatira Rd and within a week we had a sale. Her work complimented and perfectly completed the presentation of the place which we had just refurbished. Superb dressing and vision on her part. Out of ten she was an eleven.
