What a fantastic place to have a coffee with a delicious chocolate. It was my first time here and I loved it. The coffee was well made and the assortment of chocolates was mind blowing. You can have cake, slices, ice cream or chocolate truffles. They have beautiful gift packs for sale around the shop to suit every occasion. The staff are so professional and polite. They should all be commended for their top quality customer service. Will definitely return to enjoy more chocolate.

hot chocolate so yummy, fantastic chololade peaces. The quality of chocolate is very good. The interior is not so nice, a little dirty and used. Chocolate 5 Stars, interior 2 Stars, the staff 2 stars, sorry it is 3 stars not more.

Decent Choco place to go to if you're in Claremont Quarter. We ordered Hot Choco Affogato and Belgian Hot Choco with side chocolate. Pretty good for a quick dessert or just chilling during rain to enjoy some hot chocolate. They have a good range of chocolates in store for you to buy too. Overall is pretty decent place to get anything Chocolate

A nice cafe for hot and iced chocolate drinks!

Lovely place, good coffees and friendly staff

Known as a one of the most prestige chocolatiers in Perth. They sell jewels of chocolates and serve a drink and a decent dessert in the cafe area. It’s not cheap so it’s good as a gift or a souvenir from Perth. Today I bought a bottle of Honey macadamia chocolate for my husband. And I will buy another one for my kids before Easter. No reasons to buy chocolates from anywhere else as they must use quality ingredients and they make chocolates locally.

I really like the coffee here but I wish staff would be more attentive. I asked for extra froth but didn't get it. Also my coffee wasn't hot enough. This seems to happen with a lot of cafe's. I do not know why they think people want luke warm coffee.

The chocolate is Devine no issues there Customer service has really declined in the past 2 years . Staff are rude and don’t even look up at you . It’s such a shame I used to love having tea and lamingtons there every Sat afternoon with my family. Now I just don’t even bother going in for the chocolate anymore .

Only bought their roasted macadamias & dark chocolate $8.9 and signature hot chocolate, dark choco savings. Both were quite nice. Products displayed were quite dusty. For a fancy cafe like this, they should not let their products displayed with dust though. The friendly lady served me grabbed my order from the display. The prices are quite pricey for most of beverages, well I guess it must be really nice though. I will be back to try their signature hot chocolate and hopefully it's worth for money.

Always went to this Cafe - customer service in not inviting, will be changing venues, everything appears too hard. Coffee still nice, more smiles needed!!
