Total disappointment.nWe ordered two 250 steaks which had different portioning of chips and salad.nSteak was super dry like cardboard. Cook was over done on both. Plus the salad on Barramundi was clueless.nRisotto was super soggy.nNever going back again
Absolutely shocking food….nI ordered crumbed chicken only to be told that everything is fried in the same fryer with the seafood EVEN THE CHIPS.nSo everything that say vegan/vegetarian isn’t actually as it’s cooked in the same oil.nnAnyway they came out and warned me which was very nice of her they gave me the roast instead and it was beyond disgusting… it was not a roast it was a forequarter chop that had been deboned….. that was never cooked in the oven…. Covered in jelly like fat it was inedible.nAlso the Yorkshire pudding was soooo overcooked it was hollow and but…nVery disappointednnBeware if you have allergies and think ordering a bowl of chips is safe… it’s not.
Absolute hole of a dump. Poor service.nOrdered dinner in a fairly quiet night less than a dozen tables, ordered at 6, followed up at 7 and the muppets hadn’t even put it to the kitchen yet!! Food was rushed and came out 7.30. pork ribs $45 was raw. Returned for refund. Crap food and crap service. Food poisoning waiting to happen!!nnLucky Maccas is next door…
Went and had lunch with the family and the food ordering app allowed us to order but the restaurant didn't receive our meal, spoke with Sasha 30 mins later and she had the issue resolved in minutes with some free drinks for the family. Meals came out 15 minutes later and food was absolutely amazing the customer service I received from Sasha today was second to none. You are a true asset to that business and it needs to be acknowledged. Thankyou for making the experience amazing
We waited literally an hour after we ordered for our food to come out cold and horrible. It’s disappointing that it’s so expensive to eat out these days,so we can’t do it very often, just to get very ordinary service and poor quality food. We actually came here a few years ago and complained how bad the food was back then and got told they’ve had a lot of similar feedback and they’re making changes and to give them 12 months to improve yes, they actually said that, and so we gave them another chance and the food was actually better and reasonably priced, but it seems the quality is starting to decline again which is a shame as it’s a nice place with a good atmosphere.
