Decent service. I don't know about others but I had good experience with this service team . I replaced my tyres for these people not only price matched but beat the competitor quiet comfortably. Would definitely obtain their services again

I went there for the replacement of my rear wheel bearing, they booked me in for next day I went and had a test drive to exactly explain the problem (wheel bearing noise) their mechanic was with me and said yes it is a wheel bearing sound.  After coming back to the shop the manager who is somewhere from any Arabic country (originally)  he asked me to wait for a while for final analysis results to come.  After ten minutes he said you need to change  all 4 tyres to get rid of that noise..  I asked him do it if you think that problem will be solved,  he out all 4 new tyres (even my old tyres were legally above than 1.5mm tread) I just trusted him.. Anyway after putting all new tyres (which he sold me expensive than market price) the sound was still there and asked them you haven't resolved my problem then the manager started aggressive and said no we did that and this is now another sound you need to put new shocks..  I said no its still nearing sound there he was so angry and Rude and he put me on hold for 3 hours to take his tyres back and also said to me do not come back to my shop again...  for the same problem I went to another local mechanic he checked and replaced the rear wheel bearing and resolved my problem, so easy.. Kmart Tyre sunnybank Plaza ripping off people...  Highly not recommended at all...  Please don't trust them, very in professional and Rufe and just trying to steal money from people..

Called up to ask if they could do a wheel alignment on a lifted solid axle hilux and was told yes bring it in. When I dropped the ute off I was surprised when all the mechanics working and the guy on the front counter all looked like they where 17. Returned an hour later to pick my car up and was told by the guy on the front counter that the mechanic that worked on my ute couldn't do an allignment but he took the steering wheel off and put it back on straight.... luckily he said they wouldn't charge me. All in all they waisted my time and couldn't do a basic mechanical repair. If you have a 4x4 or a modified vehicle I would recommend you go to a proper mechanics.

Many mixed reviews for this service however I must give it 5 stars. My drive belt snapped on the highway saturday afternoon. They where the only automotive service willing to help me. RACQ was useless and all the big-named mechanics where even worse, didn't want to do the job or anything!

With only 2 hours left in the day these boys replaced my belt - cleaned up the engine and changed my oil. Only $110. Very good service and if not for them I'd probably still be sitting on the highway waiting for autoking to return my phone calls!
