Car was booked in for new tyres by 10:30. Get a text at 10 saying all done. Show up and has thrown in a wheel alignment for free so i keep my 10,000 klm warranty. The team are friendly and helpful. Will bring my car here for next service. A definite recommend.

It takes you 2 hours to do a RWC here even you booked a few days in advance. Nice!

Not a good experience. Twice I've had bad experience. Recently went for puncture repair. Guy sold me a new 20" tyre and told me the wheel is damaged and needs to be fixed. Went to Bob-Jane and was told that they wheel shouldn't have been touched in the first place. He could have just swapped with the spare tyre. Not using this place again.
