I was appalled by how customers treated the young staff at Kmart's service desk over the new return policy. The employees were just doing their jobs and didn’t deserve such rude behaviour. Treat frontline workers with kindness – they don’t make the rules.

I went shopping this afternoon at Erina K mart and I requested assistance from a young lady named Olivia who went above and beyond to help me with my shopping and made sure I didn’t leave until I was satisfied with my purchase. When going online to write this review I came across a bad review about the same lovely lady Olivia and I could help but think “what a load of crap”. Olivia you were amazing thank you : lots of love the couple who adored you

WARNING TO SHOPPERS. DO NOT BUY SWIM WARE FROM KMART! Kmart sell swim ware but DO NOT REFUND or exchange unworn items. They have not clearly advised this in their stores. According to the ACCC, this is an illegal practice and all businesses must offer a refund or exchange under the consumer laws if the product is not right eg. Size is incorrect.

I want to give a shout out to Sharyn who works on the photo/ returns/lay-by desk. She always gives excellent customer service, but today she was exceptional. I went to print photos on Friday only to discover the printers are not working. I returned today and they were still out of service. Sharyn advised me to order my photos through the k art photo app and select click and collect. She said she would have them ready for me in 10 minutes. She was true to her word even though the click and collect is for next day delivery. I have worked in customer service and it is a hard gig, especially this time of year. Sharyn is always helpful and greets every customer with a smile. Thankyou Sharyn.

Very rude and bad customer service, the staff at checkout on 31/08/24 at 8.00 pm , was extremely aggressive and bad behaviour, Kmart authorities must interview good staff or keep an eye on their customers service, they are having no disciplined approach to serve the customer. At sharp 8pm they started to kick out the customer, even the customer is standing at checkout desk .. what an approach?? Very bad experience, I will never Suggest  to shop in Kmart erina ..there are not enough items and it take a lot of time to find the items and then at checkout you got insulted.. better to avoid this store,…bad experience
