Terrible customer service over the phone! Online order record player not available, instead of sending email from store that refund would be processed with 2-3 business days from their online store. They rang me and told me it would be refunded by the next day. I would receive an email from the online team to say it has been processed. Lied to me and said the store does send emails to notify of refund. When the money didn't come through the next when they said it would. I rang them twice, they sent me an email from their store saying it would be refunded with 2-3 business days. The guy on phone also said rudely to me before he hang up on me, ''Don't ever shop here again!'' Don't worry I won't! Still waiting on my money to be refunded! Never shopping here again!
Harvey Norman was amazing in sorting out our flat pack coffee/dining table on the Caracas setting. A big thanks to May in the Erina store and Clive who helped to sort the problem out. Every step of the way we were contacted by both May and Clive. My husband and I were very impressed with the after care we received. Thank you again, everything was perfect for our visitors from the UK.

Caleb & Dan are 2 of the most professional guys I've dealt with. I've had awful experiences with JB Hifi Erina nearby & these guys are the complete opposite. I'd buy from this store anyday over JB as you know you will be looked after if something goes wrong.
Worst and lazy customer representatives, especially in the bathroom departments. They should not work in the retail industry; Sal and the two other women working on Wednesday, 20th November, were rude and provided no service. I rang and spoke to Sal before I came to ensure they had the products. I asked him if they had this particular product and told him all the details, and he said they had and I could come. When we arrived, I was told they did not have the products I was after. I drove from Toukley to Erina, and that's all they could say: this time, I will not hold my emotions. They are idiots and unfriendly people.
