I cancelled my sink order immediately as it did not fit and returned to sender yet was told on the phone and in email from manager that 20% of the price was kept for restocking and had to pay for shipping cost when I received free shipping and should keep the sink and make it fit which made no sense. I was argued with when I queried this on the phone and then checked website for returns and refund policy and it stated 10% restocking fee and did not state i had to pay shipping costs guven it was free shipping. I was lied to and had to make this clear so i did not lose money I had paid initially. In the end I paid 10% restocking and shipping of $90 which was not part of refund policy on website. Horrible to deal with and bad customer service

Very stylish brought bathroom and kitchen taps and spouts, matching shower head, towel rack, toilet holder and brush. Then brought kitchen cabinets as well the quality was great but the price was even better l saved around 80% on what l priced through Bunnings and Masters.
