25/11/2015 I have in the PAST had really good experiences at this centre NOT Today The centre was closed when I arrived for my appointment I was rudely inofrmed that'people do get things happen in their lives you know"and Told taht this abrasive rude person who I presume was the receptionist had repeatedly tried to phone me an d"she couldn't help it if peoplel didn't answer their phones"I checked my log on my mobile when I returned and there were calls from the centre at 09.48 and 12.21 12.22 Iw as out for 30 mins on my walk between 10 and 10.30 only At 12.15 I left to go to Coles on teh way to my appointment at 2pm This person was extremely rude to me I have low -vision and had to catch a taxi and tehn walk through from ColesShe did not show or express any interest or concern about me I had booked the appointment because I am in pain .She DID NOT OFFER TO REBOOK MY APPOINTMENT or give me any idea about when the centre would be open so I can see the physio.There was no apology or sense of any caring at all I don't understand how someone who is rude and has no idea how to speak to people could have a job fronting a Health Centre.It used to be very different .I am reluctant to go there again or even to ring to see if I can book another appointment Jenni Eve Ackerman I hope something is done because it USED to be really Good 26/11/2015 I am adding to my review today I have been contacted by the Physiotherapist who I was booked to see .She gave me some background to the situation and has arranged for a one-off home visit for me This is the standard of care I have received in the past I feel appreciative again of this Centre which has met my needs in many ways in the past It offers a good Community service and many different services can be found there from Physio to Exercise classes It is a good place to go to usually .I am amending my review from 1 star to 4
