Not recommended to any one.They keep my medical record on the shelf without issuing it. Without a medical report I'm staying as unemployed in Australia with two kids.
25/1/21 I was worried after reading all the bad reviews but everyone was actually so nice. Maybe they changed who was working there etc, but I had my visa medical done and dusted in 30 minutes! All nurses, receptionists and doctors were great.
One of the ladies at the front desk is so rude and mean, has zero respect to customers. And downstairs, another old lady was setting at the desk was looking all the time at the visitors like they are criminals. I had to visit this business on 08/07/2020 at 01:50PM, two female staff members make this business the worst ever you can experience. Those two ladies one upstairs at the front desk and the other one at the front desk downstairs. Both have poor customer service and shouldn’t be there at all. Although the doctor and the nurse were nice and good, the service is too expensive, and with that poor customer service I will not come back ever to this business. Felt I’m scammed at how much I paid for poor customer service and only medical examination, HIV and one X-Ray. Will never come back ever.
I went to this place on Monday 26/10/2020, one asian looking lady downstairs at front desk yelled at me when I just asked her colleague a question. Doctors and nurses in sonic health plus are nice though. This morning, one manager from here contacted me and told me that staff at front desk downstairs don't belong to this clinic and she would address this problem to that staff's manager. Anyway, avoid that asian looking lady downstairs at the front desk, she yells to people!
The front desk here is sooooo mean. She really needs to watch her attitude and learns to respect others and stop yelling at people.
Nice people and very friendly. My partner and I haven't had any problems when we went there for our medical examinations.
Some one needs to learn sense of how to speak with your customer. First person is talking politely and other RUDELY. What is this??? Rude behaviour by someone from Sonic Health Hobart. Why are you working there???
Very disappointed!! Wasted my 50 minutes waiting. Then said they cannot process my medical examination because i did not have my original immicard with me. I had letters from the depatment of Home Affairs they did not mean anything to them. Just for a medical examination these much drama!!
Learn how to talk to your customers. Stop yelling Don’t think customer can’t yell back at you Shame on you
Toooooooo long for waiting. I literally arrived at 1pm and finish my appointment at 3. Can you believe this? This is the worst place Ive ever been.
