Kingscote Tourist Park and Family Units is nestled amongst an attractive bushland setting, on a safe children's beach at the beautiful and tranquil Nepean Bay. Where you can enjoy our resident Pelicans, Black Swans and Dolphins.
We offer a range of clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation, from 3 star self contained, ensuite units to basic Fishermen's Cabins.
Brownlow makes an ideal base for exploring our Nature Island. We are located 3kms south west of Kingscote, Kangaroo Island's largest town and within a 45 minute drive from most attractions.

$33 for unpower site. useful BBQ and kitchen camp. Everything is very clean and tidy. Quiet place and big trees for shade. The owner is a bit obcessive with many signs posted for things TO DO and NOT TO DO. He even removed my water bottle from the freezer because it is illegal at this park. First place in Australia i see that since 3 months. The freezer was empty !

Great location, so close to Kingscote, shops etc beautiful beach just metres away.
The park its self is tired and needs a bit of TLC, the facilities were clean, plenty of hot water for showers etc.
Laundry too expensive, waited till next stop.
WiFi not working.. annoying.

Nice people and good base for activities on the island. Heard wallabies in the night which was great!

The worest place ever, I've been many camping sites, there is no cabin like this site. Smelly everywhere in the room, mould can be found at room corner, hair on pillows and quilt (Really doubt they change sheet or not). Spider and moth found on the ceiling. Bathroom looks clean but still smelly. Never come back again....

This place is amazing I went there on Monday and went home on Friday and during those days the owners were lovely and the phacillities were clean . I would recommend staying here if you come to kangaroo island . The owners walked around and would say hello and have a conversation with you which was very welcoming and nice . The camp kitchen was great and the playground was good too.
