Heaps of wildlife. Quiet park. Heaps of camping options, or town stay nearby. Fair entry price. Rugged wild coastline. A favourite of ours. Good fishing too apparently. Can be pretty windy. Popular with surfers.

Great time of year to come, not too crowded (last week of school hols) and had great weather! Water was a touch chilly but kids and adults both still enjoyed a few swims. Didn't see much fauna on our day trip this time, strangely. Excellent place to visit

A relatively small, but beautiful national park. We visited for 2 days and spent one night camping at Cable Bay camp ground. Beautiful beaches, a fascinating historic town and great wildlife (Emus!). I would definitely visit again and highly recommend if you are in the area.

Loved it - so remote clear air clean water so much open space. Saw lots of emus and kangaroos, bird life and snakes!! Good camping facilities and day walk routes.

Fantastic place. We saw a father emu with his 6 chicks, foraging by the roadside and seemingly oblivious to us. Enjoyed a picnic lunch by the wreck of the 'Ethel', on Ethel beach and brief walks to Cape Spencer lighthouse (great views) and Pondalowie bay (very safe and sheltered bathing)
