I have to give 1 star to write down this review. I am a business operator and we have ice cream freezer issue 2 times consecutively in a month or two. We did ask for stock list first time, technician took a list of lost stock and didn’t forward to peters icecream. It was worth of $350 stock, we are still chasing for that credit and second time we lost almost same amount of stock. Peters icecream says unless they got lost from kingloc, they can not do anything about it and other side kingloc say they are not able to do anything about it. Don’t know what is happening here. Both kingloc and peters do not want to take a responsibility.
