Bunch of thieves they are! My cooktop glass shattered in pieces while cooking. When i called them and asked for repair they blamed it on wrong installation. Technician came over and did mentioned that’s what they will be doing to avoid warranty. Preparing glen dimplex to take to court.
Actually they don't deserve any stars!! your mad if you purchase any products from this company their customer service is terrible and my new dishwasher never worked and 3 months on, I'm still waiting as it doesn't work, they can't fix it and refused to replace it
Very poor support services. Takes weeks to respond to email support queries, which is alright if actually helpful. They briefly respond without any helpful information and when you answer the questions to try and get support, they state to call. If they have an email support, they should respond to them and not just say to call.
This company is very poor at responding or providing spare parts. It’s impossible to communicate with them. Very very frustrating.
