I was not expecting much from this pork banh mi. Pre-packaged, not made up on demand, so no options with chilli etc. “More of a western style with marinated pork” admitted the staff member. Against all odds it was delicious! Crunchy roll, and a decent amount of chilli heat, and the marinade was a lovely flavour.

The profiteroles are amazing! And definitely amazing value on everything. Have heard the Vietnamese salad rolls are fantastic too.

Busy bakery in Ballarat. We were craving Sausage rolls and needed a fix so we headed here. The sausage rolls and pie were ok, I guess like your typical small bakery sausage rolls but nothing special. The vanilla slice was good.

Just what we needed after our shunt in from the big smoke. We were impressed by the speedy and friendly service and delightful range of baked goods. My travel partner Adrian especially enjoyed the iced strawberry donut, specifically it’s supple mouth feel, but the jam donuts could use a little more jam. I was a little disappointed that there was only one vegetarian hot food option, but the pastie was definitely tasty. There’s a reason this is Ballarat’s top rated bakery!

6 of us stumbled on this little bakery, very understated exterior but with 2 tables outside. But.... wow, the staff were friendly  the pasties, pies, sausage rolls ,vanilla slices out of this world and profiteroles were so delicious extras were bought for after tea treats. So happy we stumbled onto this bakery. Maybe clean the outside sign hanging from the roof and a bin for rubbish from the council. The staff were happy to take our finished paper bags etc.which gave them another tick.  A very busy bakery, which is always a good sign

This is the best Vietnamese style bakery in Ballarat.   Try their pies, pork rolls, and the best profiteroles. Buy a dozen to share with friends.

After their recent price increases to everything they're now too expensive. I've shopped here for several years now and will no longer return. The price increases were quite dramatic and it's no longer considered a good choice. Also the pies are very average and often cold.

Our nearest best sausage rolls. We buy in bulk and freeze to reheat at home.

Visiting Ballarat and needed a pie and slice fix. Agree the vanilla slices are worth the 2 trips I’ve made to the bakery during our stay. Busy shop so be prepared to wait but I can assure you it’s worth the effort.

Awesome bbq pork roll. We went today and the Lady was lovely making me a fresh bbq roll because I don't eat coriander.
