Robert was very helpful, nearly EVERY other wrecker low balled the value of my car. These guys paid me a very fair price and I've finally parted with my first car. It was quite a stressful and unnerving experience but I did feel much more comfortable once I met with Robert. I can only assume from this experience they are doing right by their customers. I hope I never have to deal with them again - I don't want to deal with another dead car, but, if you are in the same position I would recommend them.

Called up, looking for a part, and because I told him it was too expensive and did he know anywhere else. He abused me called me a single mum that can open her legs on the corner of the street to get the money to pay for it. not happy, reported him to fair trading.please share this review

Our much loved car was removed at our home in Greenslopes yesterday by John. John was polite, professional and the return on our ‘wreck’ better than competitors. Thanks John from my husband Michael and I.

One of the worst wreckers I have ever seen they took the money saying they have part and collect on Monday and on Monday they called me saying the part was defective they have wasted my time.

Needed a car part urgently and King had it there for a great price.

I called the boys Yesterday morning chasing a part that is rear to find. they unfortunately did have anything.  But at 5.30pm yesterday afternoon 1 of the boys showed up at our work shop with the rear part. they had a car come in late. the boys remembered us.  Now that my Friends is Fantastic Customer Service going above and beyond.  always friendly and very helpful. thank you again boys.

Poor quality parts and salesmen will feed you lies to get a sale. Don’t waste your time or money here.  - I don’t have an invoice number on me but I was sold a defective engine that was guaranteed to be working and run tested when it clearly hadn’t been. After wasting time and money having this engine installed into the vehicle, I am now significantly out of pocket and am back to square one.  I look forward to resolving this

My mechanic bought  motor from them  for my 2010 holden captiva.  They  gave my my boy a trash motor that was apparently " tested".......  it looks like it hasn't been serviced in 200,000km. Had literally more then a full centimeter of oil sludge build up And now they  are ignoring his calls and any attempt in  fiding a resolution and wont warrant my mechanics claim.  Abosolute low lives  playing with poeples hared earn money . Dont buy from  these scumbags  unless you know what your looking for
