Kiki did an absolutely fantastic job for my wedding bouquets - the arrangement and mixture of flower choices was just perfect. Many of our guests and even the venue staff commented on how beautiful the flower arrangements were! Kiki was also very easy to work with and easy to contact. Very highly recommended!
Have ordered flowers from Kiki couple times, beautiful design, good price, great service! Also they have free delivery zone, which is even better! Very happy experience, recommend!
Is there an option for no stars? Received a bunch of weeds, half dead flowers for my birthday from a close colleague and his partner from work. The thought was beautiful. The lady was rude when delivering the flowers and was even worse when I called her about 30 minutes, after I had a good chance to look at what she had delivered. She refused to hear what I had to say and said she would only speak to the purchaser. Not only did I get something different to what was ordered. They sent a picture to the purchaser of a completely different bunch of flowers. There is another florist called Kiki Flowers in Dandenong, this is NOT the same place. Attached are photos of what was ordered, sent to the purchaser as proof of what 'was' delivered and what I actually received. The pictures say it all.
What a Gem of a Flowershop!!! Absolute Great Service! Fantastic Communication throughout.I send my lovely wife some flowers for our Wedding Anniversary and knew exactly that the order was received, when it was delivered and what it looked like as I was sent pictures beforehand! The timing of delivery was also great and the bouquet looked even better then all the pictures. The handwritten note looked also AWESOME.! My wife LOVED the flowers.The whole experience was superb and Kiki has a great eye for every single detail! I would give a 10 Star Rating if Google would let me and highly recommend Kiki Flower Doncaster Online for a great experience!
