Absolutely pathetic service would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered my gf flowers on Valentine’s Day with a special instruction to be delivered before 12noon not only did they have no clue of the special instruction because they didn’t read it but they still delivered the flowers late after I rang them up to remind them of the delivery time. Then I requested a refund and the lady took my bank details down and said it was refunded to card, so I waited 4 days and no refund appeared in my account, so I decided to go into store and see what is going on. And sure enough my money had not been refunded like instructed by the lady in fact they gave me a cash refund, I could of been waiting weeks for that refund to clear into my account. Overall was very disappointed with the service provided. If I could rate this company negative 5 stars I would.

Flowers died after only 2 days!! Not really what you expect when buying flowers

After stuffing up valentines day flowers and getting credit, then used credit for baby christening flowers which were not done when due to be picked up. Terrible.
