Attended kfc instore friday evening at 8:15pm, a female and male on shift were faced with a difficult situation that I witnessed while waiting for my food, they both handled the situation beautifully and were very professional about it. When my food was ready I said to the male that was involved that they did a great job with it. They should both be praised on their professional approach to a difficult situation. I don’t usually write reviews but these people deserve the recognition.
The chicken was so dry and very dark. I think it was leftovers from last night and refried. The only good thing about KFC in wonthaggi is their potato and gravey and coleslaw. Never had a good piece of chook from there yet. Run by young ones who probably don't care. I will be calling them now to put in a formal complaint.
Giving 1 star because I can’t give less. I’m not usually one to complain but that was simply next level. I’m not the one to write negative reviews but this needs to be put out there. Went through the drive thru , needed to go into store cause what I got was clearly not up to any standard - Granted , it’s fast food and standards aren’t generally that high but even with that it mind, the food simply wasn’t to any standard and unfortunately in to the bin it went. To add a bit more to the fire and maybe this is on me , put it in the car without checking after being reassured that things were better , headed to the park with the family to open the box and find out that they missed half the meal. KFC Wonthaggi has much , much to bring up to speed.
This KFC is absolutely disgusting! The restaurant was filthy, food all over the place and it’s so obvious the floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Staff clearly have zero respect! Swearing, offensive slurs and insults towards their fellow coworkers. Staff members were also very lazy and carefree.
Went and purchased a family feast pack,dry,cold and hard chicken,they rushed the order out in drive through forgot my drink had to ask and she said sorry we don't have anyn1. 25litre drinks left so, what I get charged but don't get it ...owner should be ashamed with how this is run
