It's chicken, takes a long time to cook. Nothing can be done. It will always be a long wait. Maybe they could hand out complimentary items to people in the drive through for patience.

Quite literally the worst level of service I've seen from a KFC. Being new you would expect it to be a higher level of service, this is however not the case. Both the staff and manager are indifferent to the concept of "Fast Food". When visiting this KFC you will experience wait times of over 30 minutes when in-store and around 20 - 25 minutes just to order in the drive-through. Compounded with the numerous times the staff have gotten orders wrong. How hard is to to read the screen, that even I can see and actually put the sweet and sour sauce in the bag. I shouldn't have to remind these staff every time, only to watch them suddenly then put it in the bag after I've mentioned it at collection. Would only recommend if you REALLY like KFC and have nothing to do for half an hour.

Mostly really good, some off times, but always happy to fix problem with wrong food.
