Terrible. Went there after a long time of not going due to very poor experience previously . I was hopeful that it would have improved but nope. Very dry stale overheated chicken pieces even though we went on Friday night for dinner when it is supposed to be the busiest time. Sorry KFC not happy with quality at all.
Disappointed to order 2 large chips and have both packets only about half full before eating any. I would expect when paying $18 per meal the chips would at least be filled up properly. It should be standard procedure to actually give customers what they pay for.
Another KFC app issue. Driving to your favourite chain for a good offer on the app, on two occasions, and getting there to find the app 'isnt working' is just bloody annoying. Won't be trying a third time.
One feature that really stands out about the KFC Thornbury outlet is the hand wash sink situated away from the toilets. You simply wash your hands before eating in. It's pretty hygienic, and I opine that KFC should make it a standard feature in all their outlets. Let me not forget about the outstandingly courteous staff. Thanks for serving me with some smile every time I come around. Keep it up.
Ordered on the website for delivery. We were missing 2 large chips and the 6 pieces of chicken we received were all drumsticks. KFC Thornbury Manager refused to give me her name after asking e times told me she couldn't do anything and I needed to ring DoorDash I ordered direct with KFC and DD told me I had to deal with KFC. After calling delivery support, they refunded part of my order but still would not send out the missing items, or provide free delivery for me to re-order. So we didn't get about half of our meal and they didn't apologise or try to fix it. Such terrible service. Our night went from a nice treat to an angry and disappointing dinner for my family. Will never use this KFC again.
