Just like any other fast food joint… there are good days and bad days for this KFC. If you’re not ordering via a delivery app, I’m a strong believer that it’s up to you to make sure the staff haven’t forgotten drinks, sauces, or other items when picking up your order.nnUnfortunately this KFC are never consistent with food or service but when they do it right, it’s actually not that bad. Always ask for things to be fresh, particularly the chips. If you don’t, you’ll end up getting overcooked chips or undercooked chips which need heating up in the air fryer. The burgers are generally well put together and the chicken has always been fresh and well portioned for me. The app has always been operational and not glitchy.
Ordered on the website for delivery. We were missing 2 large chips and the 6 pieces of chicken we received were all drumsticks. KFC Thornbury Manager refused to give me her name after asking e times told me she couldn't do anything and I needed to ring DoorDash I ordered direct with KFC and DD told me I had to deal with KFC. After calling delivery support, they refunded part of my order but still would not send out the missing items, or provide free delivery for me to re-order. So we didn't get about half of our meal and they didn't apologise or try to fix it. Such terrible service. Our night went from a nice treat to an angry and disappointing dinner for my family. Will never use this KFC again.
Staff always rude & abrupt. This is a handy store, on my way home from work, but due to staff continually being rude, i wont come here anymore.nnI always ask at drive through, what meal i want. They always say yes, then i get different things.nnToday, i specifically asked for the cut of chicken i want, they rush you through, telling me 'they'll try'. Either say you can/can't. Happy to order something else. They downgrade my drink, take my money, and still missing stuff from my order.nnThen i ask for a receipt and get attitude. Every customer has a right to receive a receipt.nnThis store has deteriorated in service & if i could give ZERO stars i would. Quality of food, quality of service and cost of food has gone up, but food quality has gone down.nnRed Rooster will now get my business. They outdo KFC hands down in both. Happy to drive further for better quality.
Take out,nChips ordered didn't make an appearance. When we rang a quick we will give a $10 rebate. No they didn't The fillets were the worst I have ever seen from KFC. Burnt and like cardboard. They KFC wanted a review well here it is.
Went there and the staff had a vibe. The music was cranking and the food was fresh.nnAs a 40 year old man with his family I wasn't expecting much but they delivered. Nothing missing from the order and my god the best chips KFC chips I've had in years.nnLove your work team.nnWent there on the 14/3/24
