waited an hour for our food, store was absolutely packed as an intestate music festival had just finished and many melbournians were stopping on their way home. staff did their best and worked so hard, but management needs to stay aware of events near/around shep and anticipate these kinds of things
Purchased a large chips asked for extra salt..did not receive extra salt..the chips were very soggy and lots of black chips and not fresh..the table i sat at was greasy and disgusting..had to ask twice to get the table cleaned..the photo shows there disgusting chips!!! THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Wish I read the other reviews before coming here… 2 meals took 35 minutes!!!! And there was not one other person in the store waiting for their meal as it was 10.15am. The staff were beyond rude and the store was disgusting. There are hundreds of negative reviews and nothing has changed - don’t waste your time or money. Worst KFC in Australia.
If I could give it a 0 star, I seriously would and that’s being generous.nnThis is by no means an attack on the staff but something needs to be done to rectify my opinion on this store.nnAs an interstate guest coming through for lunch I was incredibly put off by the state of the store inside. It was filthy, there empty cans of alcohol present next to the ordering stations and the screens had layers of filth on them so I avoided using that. There was literal faeces on the inside of the toilet door and also on the actual toilet roll rack as well.nnThe floors were sticky and you could see they had not been swept or mopped in weeks, if not months.nnIf I hadn’t ordered before seeing this, I would’ve just walked out and gone to Hungry Jacks next door.nnWouldn’t hurt to check your car park as well, walked through a nice used nappy in the first car park space right next to the front door. Pair of undies in another car park space too….nnThis should be a serious wake up call, this stores health standards are well beyond what is acceptable. Clean up your act.
