The worst experience with KFC. Workers were rude and gave us wrong food. When I complained, they were not accepting it. I had to repeat more times and finally they changed the wrong part of my meal.nThe chickes were too oily, and not fresh, somehow like non-cooked chicken.nThe tenders were not tenders. It's kind of cheating and lying. You should learn from your neighbour Hungry Jacks about good food and especially tenders.nWon't be back for sure and don't recommend this disgusting branch at all. Waste of money.

Unlike any Kfc i've seen before, this KFC disgusts me. The workers here have no morals and work ethic which is ultimately leading to the owners loosing money. On this particular occasion, I walked into the KFC and patiently waiting in line until I was finally served. What particularly struck me was while waiting, one of the workers gave a lot, I mean a warcrime amount, of free food to her friend who only waiting a few seconds. I can assure you that this was not a preorder or online order but was an act of fraud and stealing. As a business owner myself, I would take this incredibly serious. This malicious and criminal act occurred at approximately 4:05pm on the 5/02/2025. I asked for free food but the lady didn't give me any. Very insulting and It might have been a racially driven act as I am dark skinned. Again, I have never seen a KFC so horrible in my life and want to see further improvement in the future. Thanks for your time reading this important and necessary note on how you can same money and your reputation.
Food taste is not good - it's TOO oily specially the fried chicken. KFC both in Saudi Arabia and the Philippines, the fried chicken tastes good and not TOO oily. Environment inside the place is good but there's no suitable parking space. Crew service is OK but next time try to pronounce or enunciate names better.
On Christmas Eve, we went through drive through and the store ran out of chicken and so we ordered 6 plain burgers and chips instead which totalled over $70 which was a lot more than the family feast we originally wanted. When I asked if there was a discount due to the inconvenience the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me. Totally unacceptable, if KFC is out of chicken they should close the doors or let customers know before driving in.
