Hungry Jack’s .ᐟnnStopped by Hungry Jack’s and got the chicken tenders with a Frozen Keri Orange & Mango — such a good combo! The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and perfect for a quick snack. The frozen drink was refreshing and sweet, the kind of thing that hits just right on a warm day. Simple, fast, and satisfying — exactly what you want from a quick stop like this!
First off, I want to preface this review by saying I do not blame the staff themselves, they seemed overwhelmed and under-trained, I blame HJ management themselves - SORT IT OUT and TRAIN your staff properly/hire more staff.nnWhen I went in last night, I asked the young lad on the counter if I could pay with cash at the self-serve screen, he said yes, then it was a Doordasher that actually told me the correct info, that no I can't. So I went back to pay, young lad looked like he was zoning out, asked if I could please pay. Order taken, great. Or so I thought - Very simple order: Whopper, no fries, diet coke and a mayo sachet.nnNext the older lady working there who also looked incredibly stressed, close to tears then gave me a dollop of mayo in a lid of a cup - I asked her can she please cover it as I don't want it to spill? She then tried to give me my coke zero and mayonnaise cup lol, I asked if it could all be put in the bag to go when the food was ready. Gormless stares all around.nnThen when my food was finally ready, number called, I thought fab: Went to take my food bag, and then the young lad swiped my Coke Zero away from me to give to a Door Dasher, I said you need to give that back, that's mine and my order's ready? His female supervisor presumably told him to just give it back to me, which he did.nnCrazy bad and confused service, I actually walked out laughing as it was comically bad.nnHJ don't penalise the workers but PLEASE invest in proper training, and hire more staff for busy weekend nights, because this is unacceptable and absolutely management's fault. An absolute farce!
Food was quick. Personallised burger was good. Favour is a credit to the store staff. Worth watching the paperbag knack shows experience and efficiency. The store needs to improve the cleaning. Left overs on the tables doesn't give a good impression and outside had a lot of rubbish No playground available at this store. It is closed due to safety reasons.
Staff n food good but the state of the store not good. Rubbish outside, toilet untidy and a bit smelly. The tap leaking no paper towels and blow dryer not working. Windows in the whole place look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. I don’t normally go to hungry jacks so I don’t know if this is common practice or just this store. Please do better.
Easily the WORST hungry jacks EVER, food is always cold, food is always wrong, staff don't seem to care, had incorrect food in the drive through window, was then asked to go to the waiting bay whilst they corrected the mistake after 15 minutes of waiting grilled chicken burger meal was delivered to me just for me to drive home and realise that the coffee I had ordered was also completely wrong, called the store multiple times to inform them of their mistake and the phone calls were ignored, returned to the store and spoke to the manager who said he would personally fix the mistakes himself, after another wait the manager then handed me my food WITH INCORRECT ITEMS AGAIN.. this establishment has let me and the public around it down time and time again, as standards slip and things get progressively worse I couldn't recommend this place to anyone within any capacity, avoid this place
