Went and ordered big breaky wrap the order had no hash brown , went back in they re did order  , standing there waiting for my order again which was taking too long, I had to tell the teller girl how long is it going to be ,  I think the bloke making the wraps has forgotten the wraps in the cooker ,  I should of re checked my order again before I left  but after being mucked around with my order I just wanted to get out of there, got home and wrap hard as a rock and burnt . It was just after 9am on a Wednesday morning and they were not busy only me and another customer in there so no excuse.nNot a happy customer will not be coming back here ever again  after a few bites you couldn't eat it and it was thrown in the bin , totally wasted my money. Now my husband is sick from eatingnbig breaky wrap, food poisoningnCheck your orders if you go here in future as there not good. I wouldn't go here if you value your health very bad disgusting this place it should be closed down after reading other reviews other customers have had a similar experience.

Ordered a double whopper with cheese, had to wait in park for 15 minutes.nGot home and got to unwrap this trash.nPretty much no lettuce,nOne chunk of onion,nDry patty.

One of the worst managed places in shepp. Don’t think they even read these reviews. Spent 40 dollars just for them to over charge me then get the order wrong, missing items on top of that. Not to mention the wait. I understand it’s just kids working there so it’s not their fault, the management  needs to take a serious look at themselves. Again don’t think much will change it’s a normal occurrence at this point.nnAlso no idea who does ordering for them but they’re almost always out of stock on like half the menu.

The cappuccino was nice. The kids nuggets and chips were dry and not appetising at all. The kids play ground was closed, it was 11 o'clock in the morning time and my grandson was looking forward to having a play.nnThe disabled toilet/baby change room was out of order and the female toilet had no toilet paper, the bin was over flowing with paper towel and the electric hand dryer wasn't working,  which was probably why the paper towels were overflowing.

Average , its a hungry jacks not meat balls and wine co. Service was quick and efficient via the app. Lots of parking outside. Restaurant inside looked sad but that's cos no one eats in any more I guess. Plus if you need chicken, kfc is also opposite,  win.nChips are indeed better at HJ.
