Twenty minutes in a drive-thru for a Zinger Box is already pushing it. But waiting that long only to receive carelessly packed food, a tiny broken piece of chicken, and gravy spilled everywhere? That’s unacceptable.nnThis felt rushed and poorly prepared. Fast food doesn’t mean low standards. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the wait.
I bought Big dinner from online apps 10pm 21 novnTold by staff the original recipe chicken was sold out. Only 6 pieces . But this 6 pieces is not fair for me as well .one drumstick 5 small wings !!!
Very disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. I placed my order around 10:40 AM, and what I received for nearly $13 was extremely underwhelming. I ordered 6 pieces of Hot & Crispy chicken, and the portion size was shockingly small—nowhere near the size I usually get at other KFC locations. On top of that, the chicken was dry and stale.nnThe food quality was poor and definitely not worth the money. On top of that, the customer service was just as bad. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and even though the manager was present, there was no effort to improve the situation.nnJudging by the other reviews, this isn’t an isolated issue. Really disappointing experience—I won’t be coming back.
Honestly, never thought I'd give KFC a less than positive review. I actually love KFC but unfortunately on the day that I went to KFC in oakleigh the service was quite poor, the restaurant felt grubby and the food was a story all on its own. I ordered a 3 piece feed and was rather disappointed to open the box and find what was basically a box of bones crumbed KFC blend of secret herbs and spices.. 3 incredismall chicken wings that had no meat on them at all so I attempted to eat the crumbed coating from the bones but it was burnt tasted terrible and was also drowning in oil and I mean the oil literally dripped from the wing forming a pool in the box, ok deep breath surely the chips will be better right? Umm wishful thinking I bit into my first Luke warm pasty white chip which was also saturated in oil only to find out that it wasn't actually cooked at that stage I basically gave up on dinner and opted for the chocolate I bought at the supermarket instead .. but I usually try to find something good in every situation so I guess the upside to my visit at kfc was the pleasurable walk home.
OMG. This KFC is the most disgusting filthy KFC shop i have ever entered. Who ever the store manager or regional Manager of this place needs to be marched out the door. Every table was filthy with left overs left on the table. If you wanted to dine in nope too filthy. I found only one small table clean enough to eat off next to the window in the sun that was clean only because it was the table with the hot sun shining on it so obviously no body sat there. I walked up to the girl at the counter and said to her can someone please clean a table as Every table was filthy. She just apologised and went back to putting drinks in the fridge and anything else except clear any tables or ask any other staff to do it. Every bin was spilling out full as well. Every where you looked was disgusting and needed a clean, even the floors. The KFC sign banner out the front is half fallen down and hanging. Customer service 0/10nStore cleanliness 0/10nPut a broom through the place and hire staff that actually care about the place they work in and the customers they serve. Will never eat from here again after this experience 0/10
