Local to this fast food restaurant, been more than 20 years living in the neighborhood. There were many orders given wrong, most cases are less chicken pieces received. That is my frequent case from my end. Recent case was online order to pickup from store. Online Order 6 15pm, went to the store soon after, went out from store with my order 6 55pm. I will keep coming back to the store, since I am local and love to support local business. The service could be better.
The chicken nuggets were tasty but were more steamed and soggy, no sign of crispness. The young man serving was very pleasant. The toilets were disgusting. They should live up to the sign posted in the bathroom.
On my late night drive home, looking for food, I went to the drive thru, only to be told they had run out of chicken.nNot only that, there was no greeting at the drive thru. He simply blurted something undecipherable. Thinking he was talking to somebody else in store, I waited. Turns out he was telling me they had no chicken!nIn this situation, knowing your customers are going to disappointed, your customer service skills become the most important thing you have on offer because you have no food. But even that was abysmal.nThe person responsible for ordering should be held accountable and lose their job.nThis store is located in a prime location and I had higher expectations. Seems like there's little or no interest in running the store to customer satisfaction levels. A real shame :
Food is always fresh and on point, customer service in the drive-through is good, but you can barely hear them as they are always very monotoned. Not a deal breaker, just a feedback
