I ordered Zinger box with Sweet chili sauce. This is what’s got, 2 little pieces of flour and just a skin of chicken. He didn’t even give me a sauce actually.nSo disappointed
Ordered at kiosk, 15 minutes ago. Still waiting for food. Drive through clearly being given priority, so my advice if you’re expecting any kind of “fast” in this food, is to stay on the car. Barely any sign of life at the register, minimal activity in the kitchen, just lots of teenage chit-chat.nn“Scan the QR code and rate us highly” suggests the self-service kiosk.nnI don’t think so.
30 minutes to get 9 pieces of chicken at 10:30pm is surely too long. Parked at Drive Thru, no one bothered to update, went inside to chase it up myself, barely had someone aware of it. Finally received it over counter, after 3 attempts, no apology or explanation. If I knew it would be this long, would not have bothered, so much for fast food!! Worst experience at a KFC i have had!

Everything is so fresh and great quality. Love anything pandan. Best croissants here.
