Every time I visit KFC, my order is incomplete. Whether it’s missing sides, drinks, or even main items, I’ve lost count of how many times this has happened. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and only realize something is missing when I get home. Checking the bag before leaving shouldn’t be the customer’s job. Please train your staff to double-check orders before handing them out. Until this improves, I won’t be coming back.

Twenty minutes in a drive-thru for a Zinger Box is already pushing it. But waiting that long only to receive carelessly packed food, a tiny broken piece of chicken, and gravy spilled everywhere? That’s unacceptable.nnThis felt rushed and poorly prepared. Fast food doesn’t mean low standards. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the wait.

i received exquisite service from aaron and the wait time for my food was not very long, however the mayo in my burger tasted a little odd but that is probably out of his control, apart from that no complaints whatsoever. good job to aaron for being such a exceptional employee

OMG. This KFC is the most disgusting filthy KFC shop i have ever entered. Who ever the store manager or regional Manager of this place needs to be marched out the door. Every table was filthy with left overs left on the table. If you wanted to dine in nope too filthy. I found only one small table clean enough to eat off next to the window in the sun that was clean only because it was the table with the hot sun shining on it so obviously no body sat there. I walked up to the girl at the counter and said to her can someone please clean a table as Every table was filthy. She just apologised and went back to putting drinks in the fridge and anything else except clear any tables or ask any other staff to do it. Every bin was spilling out full as well. Every where you looked was disgusting and needed a clean, even the floors. The KFC sign banner out the front is half fallen down and hanging. Customer service 0/10nStore cleanliness 0/10nPut a broom through the place and hire staff that actually care about the place they work in and the customers they serve. Will never eat from here again after this experience 0/10

Very disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. I placed my order around 10:40 AM, and what I received for nearly $13 was extremely underwhelming. I ordered 6 pieces of Hot & Crispy chicken, and the portion size was shockingly small—nowhere near the size I usually get at other KFC locations. On top of that, the chicken was dry and stale.nnThe food quality was poor and definitely not worth the money. On top of that, the customer service was just as bad. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and even though the manager was present, there was no effort to improve the situation.nnJudging by the other reviews, this isn’t an isolated issue. Really disappointing experience—I won’t be coming back.
