Do not order from this store. That’s how they make pizzas. No paneer on pizza and sauce on the pizza looks disgusting and unevenly spread. Asked to take this back and deliver the right order and they said can’t do it. Totally Unprofessional!
By far one of the worst dominos when it comes to service, I don’t remember they ever delivering in time. One hour for 1 pizza, when they are 4 minutes away. Always screw up the order too!! Just shut shop if you can’t do it right ever!!!! I pay for brownies and get 1 lava cake delivered, nice way to fleece your customers and make money and then never answering the phone. Pathetic service as always!!!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Ordered delivery. At first, Dominos Oakleigh said they were trying to call. But there was no call. Then they said they will put the order again sounded doubtful now if indeed the order was sent thrpugh. There wer two other phone follow ups- a total of 2.5 hours wait! Eventually I cancelled and asked for a refund.Service: 1/5
We made a online order tonight, for halloween party . They ran out of pizza dough.. Did not send us a notice or call to tell us they were not coming. But still took our money from our account. They should not be allowed to finalize payment till delivery is complete. Also should not be taking orders they can not fill.
First of all they smothered my pizza with ketchup which I didn’t ask for and then when I called the store they refused to replace my order, this is the most horrendous Domino’s outlet ever. Even they have messed up my order previously but this time it was the worst
Ordered a Vegetarian Pizza and ended up receiving a dry fish on top of the Pizza. Gave a 0 and stated the reason in the order feedback form and surprisingly no one even bothered to contact to check why, what and how they could have avoided this and what they will do avoid such mistakes next time
Never again, i did a online order at 11am for to be picked up at 1300pm, which is my lunch break.. i tell them i’m here for a online pickup, two boys running around the kitchen like idiots… got told to wait 10 mins more as my order wasn’t ready…
I liked how the employees cooked the pizza just when I arrived, it shows how fresh the food they serve and the service was excellent!Food: 5/5
This dominos store is not all good don't order any food from this store. I have ordered 3 items from the door dash they have confirmed my order after 1 hour 30 mins and by the closing time they have accepted my order but I haven't received any order it says order has completed successfully. I did not had my dinner and waited for 1 hour 30 min for the pizza.
Order never arrived after delay after delay. No attempt to refund me. I ordered through Door Dash so got one through them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! And read the other reviews! I wish I had. Don't be tricked by the scam reviewers.
