Apart from this one lovely girl who I can’t remember her name, staff are unfriendly, not helpful and just talk to each other. Chicken is just under par. And I swear that the lettuce they use is atleast a month old

After fighting your way through the murder of crows and magpies at the front outside dining area, dodging each flying attack while the birds devour all the rubbish left to the wildlife you will be confronted by some totally uninterested and disengaged youth at the counter. Once you finally get your meal, you need to double check the contents and then do a little housekeeping by emptying tables and a quick rubbish run, then you may find a seat and table. All said and done, food was tasty and great.

The service is VERY poor, I think this is the worst service I ever experienced in my life. I have put through an order using the KFC App, I paid and picked up from the shop and then when I got home I realised that 1/3 of the order was missing and almost all the remaining was wrong. I went back to the same girl that made me pay and put my order together, I showed her what was missing and what was wrong she replied very rudely telling me that she was going to give me everything again and I said that I only wanted what was wrong and what was missing. She put my things together and when I am about to live I decide to have a look inside to then find that she gave me the wrong order again. I looked at her and said "you gave me fried chicken again" and she replies "our grilled is broken!" , so I asked "why didn't you tell me from the beginning instead of giving me the same wrong order twice?" So she then started to verbally abuse me. An older lady then came and started taking her defence at start and then ended up giving me parcial refund back saying that she couldnt refund the whole amount because part of my order was a special from the app. I work in customer service too and I think you are doing it wrong, you should teach your younger ones how to talk properly and respectfully with customers.

Just got a refund for raw potato chips that were supposed to have extra salt. So undercooked I could hardly bite through let alone eat them.
