The original recipe chicken was visually overcooked. Tasted burnt and dry!nWorst Kentucky fried.nThe ordering intercom didn't work properly- Distorted sound.nI just don't understand why the worker would willingly serve customers clearly burnt chicken. Paid over $70 bucks for low quality and extra small pieces of chicken. Overpriced and ghastly. This store has no standards. It's obvious that they are not giving adequate training or support to employees.nIt's evident now, that they don't care about what they are providing to their customers and just after their money, at the end of the day.nnI reached out and provided feedback, as requested and even went through extra steps and put through a formal complaint, onlinenI waited the 48 hour maximum response time and days later, still no communication or calls, ghosted. Won't be coming back to any store, in future.nI can confidently say, there are much better fast food chicken chains out there that are accessible for a much more enjoyable and decent eating experience.nnI can see why KFC advertises so much on TV, they must go through customers like wildfire. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money.nBe safe all.
It was an amazing experience the food was hot the chicken was juicy. I loved the kfc honestly probably the best kfc I’ve been to/ had in a while. The restaurant area was pristine clean, behind the counter from what I could see it was almost perfect with a few chip on the floor. The employees were extremely nice helping me wherever they could. I came during a rush and the food came in a timely manner as well. All and all I would definitely recommend conming to kfc Mentone!
Went into this Mentone store on 22/5 horrible dingy unclean atmosphere. I ordered a dinner box and wish I'd check it when I got it , When I opened it at home, it was disgusting . Uncooked Chicken, undercooked Chips so much salt too and the bun was flattened out like a Pancake and looked like they had had it stored in the Freezer since Cornnal Sanders was a boy . The service was OK though and the Boy serving was cheerful and efficient.
Avoid KFC Mentone.nnWe've been coming here for a little while now and usually use the drive through. Nearly everytime we get home, our order is missing forgotten some items and we end up having to drive all the way back to get the missing items from KFC Mentone. By the time we get home, our food is cold and well, we've lost our appetite.nnWe've stopped using the drive through in the last month and have started going into the restaurant so that we can make sure that we've gotten everything before we go home.nnToday took the cake! We were served burnt chicken.nnKFC isn't cheap and for $50 my food shouldn't be burnt!nnI expected better KFC Mentone! You've got a bunch of kids literally who need further training and supervision.nnKFC Squad don't bother responding. We're done with you. Your apology and stock standard response means nothing. Yep we're not coming back to KFC Mentone or to any of your other restaurants. Yeah I know, you will say that you want to make it right etc. but in reality, you won't. You clearly can't! We have complained so many times and nothing changes. Maybe its our fault? Maybe we should have quit you guys after the second stuff up. Looking at the number of orders we've placed through your app, we've given you 39 chance to be better. We've placed orders even before the app was available. We've had faith in you guys, yes we have, but alas you incompetent jokers have missed the mark everytime......nnSo.......Red Rooster, Nandos and all you lovely local Charcoal chook shops - my family and I look forward to visiting you soon. Just don't let's us down like KFC.
The best experience I've had at any KFC in Melbourne, so far. Came in at 12.30pm on 20 March 2025. Food was served in no time and the girl attending customer requests attentively and serving with a smile deserves a shout-out!
