The service is usually fast, most of the staff are pleasant, but sadly, they rarely get the order right.

An hour before shop close time (mind you this is only meant to be close of doors not staff knock off) I took my family in to get a meal and they'd shut off eftpos in drive thru, so we go inside and half the shop is packed and blocked off, then the first thing i here is one of the staff say quite clearly to another customer "we only have 5 tenders left and I'm not cooking any more". Rather disgraceful behavior to start with and deplorable business management for a fast food place. If close is getting close you cook to order not to keep up shelf stock. We walked straight out and went to Hungry Jacks. Better service by far.

Haven't had KFC for a long time and unfortunately we now remember why. The KFC tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. Soggy and little taste. I must remember to taste check before leaving next time. Note 2 stars given, not 1, as the young lady serving was very pleasant.
